Approximately eight years ago, I began my search for a serious martial arts school for my nearly seven year old son...  Fortunately, my search brought me to Master Art Hinkelbein.  In the past eight years my son has achieved his black belt, as well as maintaining an A+ average through 8^th grade.  Lots of positive feedback from Master Hinkelbein has help to direct my son to achievements, in both martial arts as well as scholastic areas, which are outstanding.

     I began training with Master Art over six years ago, at the age of 52, after watching Master Art and his instructors at work with the students. I was amazed at the classes’ progress.  I was fortunate enough, recently, to be honored with a black belt under Master Art.  My wife began training over two years ago, and has achieved her green belt.

    Training in martial arts as a family is a great experience.  We can build off each other’s successes and relate to each other’s struggles.  After all, like most things in life that matter, martial arts training requires some work; if not, it would not be reality. Working together to reach our goals in martial arts has helped us in many areas.  I highly recommend Master Art Hinkelbein Martial Arts Academy to all parents for their kids and themselves.  Conditioning, self-awareness, confidence and discipline are great rewards for everyone.
